"On behalf of Josemaria Escriva Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Project Team and Volunteers, I wish to congratulate all our Christian brothers and sisters as they mark and celebrate the resurrection of Christ from the grave today.

"As we mark another Easter celebration today, we urge our dear Christian community to demonstrate the love of Christ. They should show love to all around them as well as become carriers and demonstrators of Christ's attitude on earth.

"Dearly beloved, if all Christian's are truely practicing the dictates and admonitions of Christ as we clearly have it in the Bible,  the current spate of hunger, intolerance, hatred, malice, jealousy, kidnapping, banditry, corruption, self-centredness, nepotism, etc would have reduced drastically thereby turning our dear country into a state of eldoraldo.

My dear Christian brothers and sisters, let us reminiscent on these things tought us by Christ so as to have a better society.

A better society is possible with everyone of us doing our parts," the statement added.
