Dorry Okojie And Triumph Of Leadership Qualities

Image
In a democracy, anybody  without constitutional impairment, is entitled to aspire to any position. That's what is happening now in Edo State, with many Governorship aspirants flooding the political space ahead of 2024 polls. However, the office of a Governor of a State requires the occupant to be imbued with certain leadership qualities. It's therefore not all comers affair.  It is therefore refreshing to note that  the increasing public confidence in Dorry Okojie is founded  on the fact that he is a true expression of leadership  qualitaties needed to drive Edo to greatness. He has integrity, courage, empathy, influence, capacity, competence, amongst others. In fact, his case is that of the triumph of leadership qualities.  Empathy  and inclusion are vital tools for improving governance and bolstering public welfare.Dorry epitomizes this philosophy. Hidden In (Dr) Dorry Okojie's Mien

Image
Hidden in  Dorry Okojie's calmness are powerful thoughts that express his depth of wisdom in matters of life, society, governance and empathy. He holds in his hands a blueprint of hope for Edo youths, who by reasons of circumstances of birth and for no fault of theirs, have become utterly despondent. Through his investment in human capital and promotion of small, medium scale enterprises, the sun will rise for many who seem to have thrown up their hands in frustration. Public trust in governance diminishes or is vitiated when wielders of power lack capacity and sincerity  to deliver on promises. The hope  that Edo of our dream under Dorry Okojie will be one in which actions will be the true expression of promises, is what has given his aspiration a competitive edge. With Dorry Okojie in the saddle at Osadebey Avenue come 2024, good governance, defined by equitable delivering of democracy dividends, is assured. Edo2024: Why Dorry Okojie Is The Preferred Man

Responsibilities abandoned yesterday are the reasons  crisis in our national life today have become acute. No part of the country is an exemption. Edo State has only one choice; to create an environment that is great in  industrial development, effective health care delivery, functional education etc etc. This is possible only on one condition-- elect a Governor who is imbued with moral stamina, integrity and competence to mobilize and deploy our material and human resources for common good. And this is where Dorry Okojie comes in as the preferred man for the task ahead. He has a dream-- to make Edo glow in progress, peace and harmony; a State that cannot abandon its responsibilities to her people; where their happiness cannot be eaten up by hardship arising from bad governance. Dorry Okojie And Why Hope He's Rising Fast

Image
A State Governor, in a federation like Nigeria, wields enormous powers . In the face of multifaceted challenges, it is his duty to be swift, resolute and meticulous in articulating and ensuring remedies. Poor governance which is the product of dearth of intelligent, realistic and practical solutions to problems is the harvest of inexperienced and incompetent hands in power, with unpleasant consequences for the State. In view of the foregoing, reinforced by the saying that the people get the kind of government they desire, it has become absolutely necessary for Edo people to be wise in their choice of who becomes their Governor , next year. With many fingers pointing at Dorry Okojie and his name resting on their tongues as one who is trusted to convert promises to actions, re-enacting a new chapter of social and economic vitality, hope is rising fast, that, come 2024 polls,  the right choice will be made. By the Grace of God and the Support of the people, (Dr) Efosa Dorry

(Dr) Dorry Okojie To Give Fresh Lease Of Life

Life is dynamic, not static, and so should governance. Therefore our style of governance should reflect patherns that are amenable to changes that align with the changing world of today's realities.  Time is now that governance shifts from steroetypes and embrace internationally acclaimed and acceptable best practice which emphasizes people- oriented style of leadership which provides and strenghtens institutions for the benefit of all.  Dr Dorry Okojie says it is good to construct roads and given available resources, also good to construct bridges and build railways and metro lines so that civil servants, workers and Students in Akoko- Edo, Igara, Ilushi , Aganebode and other far away places, who so desire, can come to Benin City Mondays through Fridays for work and school and go back to their respective villages seamlessly without neccessarily coming to crowd the city center with hold-ups and issues of accommodation.  Dr Dorry Okojie said all these things are po

Edo2024: The Beautiful One Is Coming

"The Beautiful Ones Are Not Yet Born" is a novel by a Ghanaian writer, Ayi Kwei Armah, wherein he expresses his disgust on the situation prevalent in Ghana during its first republic . With months melting into weeks and weeks into days-- moving us faster than expected towards 2024, is there any hope that a beautiful one will emerge to reset Edo State for sustainable development in juxtaposition with expansion of current efforts.?  Beautiful one, in this context means a leader that understands Edo State and the needs of the people. One that has no pretended attitude towards our desires, wishes and aspirations; one that understands that the distribution of social and economic advantages is verged on fairness, inclusivity, equity and justice. We don't need to search too far and hard to see the beautiful one that is coming. He is (Dr) Efosa Dorry Okojie. For now, he is in the womb of the collective expectations of majority of Edo people-- and has some months away

By Ehichioya Steve Odion A former Governorship aspirant in Edo State, now a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Engr. Gideon Ikhine has become a household name in the politics of Edo State. As usual, Ikhine the Game Changer is bringing into his new party APC, politics without bitterness, his strategic disposition and the love he has for the people of Edo State. Ikhine, a team player any day, exhibited his political prowess when he led Senator Clifford Ordia, Hon. Joe Edionwele and Hon. Sergius Ogun to their first ever victory to the National Assembly.                       Engr. Gideon Ikhine He also stood his grounds on principles, against the not so palatable third term brouhaha,  in order to support Monday Okpebholo, Deacon Patrick Idiake, Hon. Oddy Okojie of the  APC. Dorry Okojie And The The Gift Of Character

Image
The sweetness of political promises is not a guarantee that implementation is assured. What determines implementation is in the character content of those making political promises. A man without character may have the gift of sweet tongue to make promises that he has no intention and competence to drive and accomplish. When therefore we say Dorry Okojie is defined by actions, the message is clear-- that his promises are not for fun or vote catching devices. He has demonstrated evidence, in many spheres of engagements, that he has that rare character content to weave promises into action and deliver same for the good of society and advancement of humanity. Therein lies our optimism that (Dr) Efosa Dorry Okojie will emerge the preferred candidate for Edo2024. Powered By D.O Media Team.
