Prof. Osuide to Deliver AAU 97th Inaugural Lecture

Professor Michael Osehon Osuide will on Thursday, 24 November deliver the 97th inaugural lecture of the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.

In a statement by the University signed by the Acting Registrar of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Ambrose Odiase, said the 97th inaugural lecture titled "Healing the waters" is to be delivered by Prof. Michael Osehon Osuide of the Department of Chemistry.
According to the statement, the lecture which will hold at the Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Auditorium, will begin at 3 pm and will be chaired by the Acting Vice -Chancellor, Prof. Asomwan Sonnie Adagbonyin.
The statement further urged guests to be seated by 2.30pm.
Prof. Michael Osehon Osuide is a professor of Industrial and Environmental Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
He holds a B.Sc in Chemistry, M.Sc in Industrial Chemistry and Ph.D in Environmental Chemistry.
According to experts who spoke to Newscurve on condition of annonimity, the topic of the inaugural lecture series is apt against the backdrop of the need to have clean water and prevent some of the diseases that are water borne especially in Esanland, the immediate environment of the University. The experts assured that water producing factories and the entire University community will benefit from the inaugural lecture.
