Iyoha Congratulates Chief Mrs Anegbe on Conferement of Chieftaincy Title

As all is now set for the conferment of the chieftaincy title of Edenokun of Uromi on Chief Mrs. Dorothy Patrick -Anegbe by the Onojie of Uromi, Zaiki Anselm Edenojie 11 come Saturday, 17 December,  more congratulatory messages have continued to pour in for the Edenokun designate of Uromi. 


The latest is coming from Chief (Mrs) Paulina Adenike Iyoha, AKA Dr. White.
In a congratulatory message,  Chief Mrs Iyoha described Chief Mrs Dorothy Patrick- Anegbe as a woman of virtue who renders valuable support to her husband,  children, her entire family and those with whom her path has crossed. 

According to Chief Mrs Adenike Iyoha, "Am not surprised that the Onojie of Uromi,  Zaiki Anselm Edenojie 11 singled you our for this uncommon honour.

"You have been a shining light among your pairs and your philanthropy which is tailored to the alleviation of the plight of the downtrodden has been tremendous. 

"I've no doubt in my mind that your elevation to the enviable position of Edenokun of Uromi will further expand the frontiers of your philanthropic vocation 

"I congratulate you and your family on this auspicious occasion and pray God to imbue you with the requisite wisdom to discharge the functions of your office as Edenokun of Uromi ", the statement said.

Edo State Anti- Cultism Taskforce Arrests 11 Suspects, to Face Prosecution

The Edo State Special Anti-Cultism Task Force  on Wednesday in Benin City, the Edo State capital, paraded 11 persons suspected to be involved in cultitism in the State, pointing out that the operation that led to their arrest is giving effect to the attainment of the Edo State guidelines of zero tolerance for cults and cultism  related crimes in the state adding that more would be done within the ambit of the law to stamp out cultism from the state such that there would not be any hiding place for cultists in the state. The taskforce headed by the Department of State Services (DSS) was created by the Governor Obaseki-led state government in response to increasing cult killings which had claimed many youthful lives across the state. Edo 2024: Consensus Christian Leaders Forum Holds Prayer Session

By Lucky Isibor Ahead the Edo State 2024 governorship election, the Consensus Christian Leaders Forum (CCLF) is to hold a prayer session on Saturday, 10 February to seek the face of God to lead Edo people aright to choose a God fearing Governor on 21 September. In a release by the leader of CCLF, Archbishop Fred Aghedo stated that the prayer session with the theme "Where is Edo of our dream", and called on Edo people to join the group in the prayers to seek the face of God and pray for the realisation of the Edo of our dream.
