Let's Work For Esanland, Its People, Enough is Enough

Let's think of it, Dan Orbih of the PDP and Oshiomhole of the APC are already working together for 2024, all is for the interest of Edo North.

We also want to hear our Esan brothers and sisters in APC and PDP meeting and working together towards the realization of Esan Agenda come 2024.

What has Esanland benefited from APC as a party or government?. The only thing we hear and see in APC  is individuals working for their own interest and benefits. When it comes to election,  they will be begging around for votes. That was how they deceived Esan people in 2019 when they got 24/24 at EDHA. In your mind is it possible for APC to defeat PDP in Esan West, Esan North East constituency 1 and 11 even if the people are sleeping?  But they were able to apply their usual propaganda to deceive the leaders of PDP and they fell into their trap. Till today many people are still angry with that shameful act. Although many people do not know those individuals that  were involved and  benefited in that deal, I think you know those sets of people did what they did because of personal interest and not the interest of Esan people. But some people also know those that sold out to APC in that 2019 EDHA election. But I'm also happy that some of them were properly rewarded by Obaseki during the last PDP primary, as they lost out woefully.

2023 Esan people are still buying into the backward idea of APC. Look at Benin-Ekpoma Road, for almost 8 years rule of APC all is sorrow for the road users.

I know PDP has some challenges and that is the reason APC members are now boasting of winning election in Edo Central. Even non Esan are boasting in Benin City. There is a popular adage which says,  "It is the wall that fell, that made the  goat to be dancing on top of it".  Ordinarily, what concern Esan people with APC that brought marginalization to Esanland through Oshiomhole's government?

The idea of some Esan  politicians benefiting in elective positions every now and then must stop in Esanland. They achieve their aims by moving from APC to PDP and from PDP to APC. That was the reason those politicians in PDP sold out to APC people in 2019. This is a great injustice to the generality of of Esanland and its people. Also, there are injustice done to many communities that are yet to benefite in any elective positions and appointments. 

If you don't know,  let me tell you, no politician  in Esanland is popular. You and I know many of them that felt they were popular, they left PDP to APC, but could not win their units they were winning before while they were in PDP. It is the Esan people that are popular and decide who wins election. Let us revive EBAKOTA to the fullest. No one can fool us any longer. I hope some of them will learn a lesson from those that got some treatments in the last election and those that will get their share next Saturday. 

Remember, any Esan man or woman that vote for APC this Saturday is voting to empower Oshiomhole and Edo North. Instead, vote Labour Party to promote Esan agenda wherever you reside in Edo. It is risky to empower your enemy. Do not say you did not know or forgot.

 Any politician who betray Esan people, let us be telling their stories to Esan nation and our children one by one. Do not think Esan people don't know the role you have played since 1999. All the records are available.

Some people will be campaigning with speakership position for Esan. Let me ask, those who have served as speaker in Edo Central have they helped Esanland and its people in any form? Instead they joined outsiders  to destroy AAU, Ekpoma. College of Education, Igueben is gone now. 

The situation Esan people found themselves today was caused by Prof. Osareimhen Osunbor who was empowered by Chief Tony Anenih of blessed memory on a platter of gold but threw the governoship away . Oshiomhole now came in to be fighting Esan people till date. Prof. Osunbor has since left PDP, a party he benefited so much from, and now campaigning to Esan people to vote for APC and Oshiomhole. Is that man fair to Esan people? If Osunbor has Esan people at heart would he have done that?  I leave that question for our people to answer 

Enough is enough. All these ugly things must stop in this 2023. Let us be wise for once.

In a nutshell, my candid appeal is that let us focus on the Labour Party where we have our son, Barr. Julius Abure who is the National Chairman of the party. This is where I think Esan people will benefit. But we have to work for them in this coming Saturday's election to enable LP have a good number at the Edo Legislative Chamber.

Based on this support and achievement I strongly believe that the party  will zone the governoship position to Edo Central and pick the Deputy from Edo South and the deal is sealed up. 

We are already doing our best as individuals to achieve this. We only need the support of politicians to fully achieve it. Just do your work and leave the media work for us.
