Dorry Okojie, A Reputation For Working The Talk

The paradox of Nigerian  governance architecture is the disgusting spectacle of a man at the bank of a river and yet washing his hands with spittle.
If we make the right democratic choice in Edo 2024, the resources available in the State will be used to give life a meaning to the people. 

And that choice is Dorry Okojie.

He is in the race and his victory will be a historic and unprecedented unlocking of the potentials that abound in Edo State-- for all round development.

Agriculture will move from mere soapbox  entertainment in rhetorics and political sing song, to practical tilling of  the vast arable land  for foodstuffs production, wealth creation and food security.

This will be preceded by heavy investment in rural roads infrastructures-- thus stirring investors' interest and enthusiasm in commercial farming.

The assurance that this is not a mere promise is the fact that Dorry Okojie is a man who has earned a reputation for  working  his talk.

Oshiomhole's Claim of Disqualification of Ighodalo, Treasonable Offence - PDP

The Ause/Ogie Campaign Council of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has described as treasonable offence, claims of the former governor of EDO State and now Senator Adams Oshiomhole of the APC that Ighodalo is not a candidate of PDP in the Governorship election of Edo State scheduled for September 21, laying claims to the judgement of the Federal High Court in Abuja. The Deputy Director of strategic communications of the campaign council, Dr. Pedro Obaseki stated this at an interactive session with journalists at the state secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, we cqEdo State. FG Approves New Whistleblower Protection Bill

This was one of the memos presented to the Federal Executive Council (FEC) by the Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning Wednesday, 14 December. The Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Dr. Zainab Ahmed, who disclosed this to State House Correspondents after the week’s Council meeting, chaired by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, at the Aso Rock Villa, Abuja, lamented that the existing whistle-blowing policy launched on December 21, 2016 was losing momentum.
