Governance  has evolved over time, and as the dynamics of  society continue to change, new leadership styles and approaches become imperative if we must aspire to strike a  balance between good governance and development.
Unfortunately, some politicians are tenaciously holding on to their unrewarding   stereotypes  which have resulted in state failures and which ultimately helped to expose our past leaders  as clueless.

Fortunately, we have a vibrant, patriotic, empathetic and perceptive aspirant who possesses a deep sense of understanding of  our  needs, challenges, fears, viewpoints, and emotions;  qualities and virtues that will allow him to effectively navigate complex crevices of  state challenges  when given the opportunity to mitigate our perennial leadership trauma.

Dr Dorry  Okojie has  been able  to evaluate and understand the perspectives and experiences of our  people as a result of long and  deliberate detailed forensic analysis and study of our peculiar challenges  and now he is  adequately prepared to deploy that understanding to mitigate a recurrence of our state failures

 The blueprints at his disposal are results of long years of careful study of our peculiar state challenges which have been subjected to further superior interrogations so as to challenge assumptions to prove their validity and have been authenticated as the catalyst  for deployment to mitigate  despondencies  from the grassroots to state level.

One of the features of the blueprints is that it would  create  an atmosphere of trust and psychological safety,  a buy in  where followers feel comfortable expressing their concerns and ideas and having a sense of belonging and feeling being  part of the state project . It would create a situation where the  followers believe that state
 projects are  theirs  and are ready to protect and be part of the government thereby fast tracking  development.

This, in turn, would fosters collaboration, innovation, and higher levels of  engagement.

As a people earnestly in search of a roadmap out of our  traumatic leadership failures, our chance with destiny is now.

Therefore, support and nominate Dr Dorry Afe Okojie for Governor come 2024.

Edo State Anti- Cultism Taskforce Arrests 11 Suspects, to Face Prosecution

The Edo State Special Anti-Cultism Task Force  on Wednesday in Benin City, the Edo State capital, paraded 11 persons suspected to be involved in cultitism in the State, pointing out that the operation that led to their arrest is giving effect to the attainment of the Edo State guidelines of zero tolerance for cults and cultism  related crimes in the state adding that more would be done within the ambit of the law to stamp out cultism from the state such that there would not be any hiding place for cultists in the state. The taskforce headed by the Department of State Services (DSS) was created by the Governor Obaseki-led state government in response to increasing cult killings which had claimed many youthful lives across the state. Edo 2024: Consensus Christian Leaders Forum Holds Prayer Session

By Lucky Isibor Ahead the Edo State 2024 governorship election, the Consensus Christian Leaders Forum (CCLF) is to hold a prayer session on Saturday, 10 February to seek the face of God to lead Edo people aright to choose a God fearing Governor on 21 September. In a release by the leader of CCLF, Archbishop Fred Aghedo stated that the prayer session with the theme "Where is Edo of our dream", and called on Edo people to join the group in the prayers to seek the face of God and pray for the realisation of the Edo of our dream.
