Dorry Okojie, A Truly Committed Labour Party Man

A strong, united and viable  political party is the bedrock of development in a democratic society.
All the developed countries in the world have strong and cohesive political parties through which leaders are recruited into government. 

The parties also assist these their leaders in government to implement  programmes for the overall benefit of the citizenry.

Since joining Labour Party, Dorry Okojie  has demonstrated his loyalty and commitment to the realisation of the ideals of the Party.

He has been in constant touch with Labour Party leaders at the various levels, assisting in reshaping its policy and programme direction and resolving issues that would have stifled the growth of the party.

(Dr) Dorry Afe Efosa Okojie has thus far demonstrated that given the opportunity to fly the Labour Party flag in the Edo State 2024 governorship election, he is capable of winning the election for the party and assist in strengthening the party  in Edo State and the nation at large, thereby increasing its  fortunes.

This is why it has become imperative that the Labour Party come together, build a consensus around Dorry Okojie and give the mandate to fly the party flag in the Edo 2024 governorship election.

Edo State Anti- Cultism Taskforce Arrests 11 Suspects, to Face Prosecution

The Edo State Special Anti-Cultism Task Force  on Wednesday in Benin City, the Edo State capital, paraded 11 persons suspected to be involved in cultitism in the State, pointing out that the operation that led to their arrest is giving effect to the attainment of the Edo State guidelines of zero tolerance for cults and cultism  related crimes in the state adding that more would be done within the ambit of the law to stamp out cultism from the state such that there would not be any hiding place for cultists in the state. The taskforce headed by the Department of State Services (DSS) was created by the Governor Obaseki-led state government in response to increasing cult killings which had claimed many youthful lives across the state. Edo 2024: Consensus Christian Leaders Forum Holds Prayer Session

By Lucky Isibor Ahead the Edo State 2024 governorship election, the Consensus Christian Leaders Forum (CCLF) is to hold a prayer session on Saturday, 10 February to seek the face of God to lead Edo people aright to choose a God fearing Governor on 21 September. In a release by the leader of CCLF, Archbishop Fred Aghedo stated that the prayer session with the theme "Where is Edo of our dream", and called on Edo people to join the group in the prayers to seek the face of God and pray for the realisation of the Edo of our dream.
