Supreme court Judgment: Edo PDP Declares No Victor , No Vanquished Stands
By Lucky Isibor The Edo state chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), said there is no winner or losers in the recent judgement delivered by the Supreme court in the supremacy battle between the two factions of the party on who are the party candidates for the National Assembly elections schedule for February 2023 . The country's apex court, had in a unanimous verdict delivered in Abuja said the issue of who are party delegates is an internal affairs of the party and not meant for judiciary arbitration. The party in a statement issued by the state chairman, Hon Tony Aziegbemi titled 'we are one, no Victor No Vanquished" said the party in the state is hopeful that the supreme Judgement will " puts to an end the ugliest episodes of our colourful existence."
